Our dedicated high-intensity studio is home to one of the toughest exercise classes in Cheshire designed to improve speed, endurance and coordination as you discover the athlete in you with SKILLRUN by Technogym. Set your adrenaline racing with high intensity workouts focusing on performance alone featuring sled and parachute modes for maximum speed and acceleration. With performances tailored to your ability, you can assess your every stride in real-time, and let your motivation fuel you to work harder. Accelerate your sprint intervals to burn-fat, then switch gears and build muscle with floor-based weight training. With two-disciplines in one fast-paced class and our instructors ensuring no two workouts are the same, Inferno is designed to excite.

    LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ (CPASE RAISE THE BAR) is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, RAISE THE BAR gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

    Dharma Yoga is a modern interpretation of classical Eight-limbed or Hatha-Raja Yoga, deeply rooted in ethical precepts that includes elements of flowing Vinyasa, and held poses that will help you to discover concentration, meditation, abiding contentedness and deep healing relaxation.
