Those members looking for something a little more zen can relax and unwind in one of our tranquil classes at the Oxygen wellness studio. Discover a sense of balance, peace and purpose through a wide range of disciplines including Paddleboard Yoga, the first health club in the North West to offer this unique yoga style.

    Just when you thought that HIIT couldn’t get any more intense, it will take on a whole new meaning once you enter Inferno. Our dedicated high-intensity studio is home to one of the toughest exercise classes in Cheshire designed to improve speed, endurance and coordination as you discover the athlete in you with SKILLRUN by Technogym. Set your adrenaline racing with high intensity workouts focusing on performance alone featuring sled and parachute modes for maximum speed and acceleration. With performances tailored to your ability, you can assess your every stride in real-time, and let your motivation fuel you to work harder. Accelerate your sprint intervals to burn-fat, then switch gears and build muscle with floor-based weight training. With two-disciplines in one fast-paced class and our instructors ensuring no two workouts are the same, Inferno is designed to excite.

  • Trapeze Yoga

    A fusion class that will challenge as well as strengthen muscles and improve flexibility. Utilising traditional aspects of yoga while cocooned in a soft fabric hammock, to support and ease the flow of movement. Trapeze yoga allows decompression of the joints and spine that will continue to make you feel like you are floating long after the class has finished.

  • Paddleboard Yoga

    As the North West's first health club to offer Paddleboard, you are all set for a truly unique experience. Using balance boards to add an extra instability aspect into yoga postures. This class mixes holding postures and dynamic flowing movements to test your balance.

  • Pilates

    Allow slow, deep breaths and low-impact movements, to repair both mind and body. Strengthen skeletal framework, keep nutrients flowing to vital body parts, and repair stresses, which, daily activities impose on joints.

  • Les Mills Bodypump

    LES MILLS BODYPUMP™ (CPASE RAISE THE BAR) is the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, RAISE THE BAR gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories**. Instructors coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

  • Power Pilates

    Low impact yet high intensity this is one of the most effective body-sculpting workouts you can do! This class is designed to readdress the body’s natural balance through a series of exact, controlled movements.   • Yoga Flow

    Enjoy being guided through a fluid series of dynamic postures using your breath to connect mind and body. Creating, strength, balance and harmony throughout.

  • Slow Flow Yoga

    Slow, smooth movements to move energy and feel into the body. This is a gentle and soothing class that focuses on an exploration of yoga postures and connects through intention to the breath. Specifically designed as a gentle class for the end of the day. Accessible to all levels.

  • Dharma Yoga

    Dharma Yoga is a modern interpretation of classical Eight-limbed or Hatha-Raja Yoga, deeply rooted in ethical precepts that includes elements of flowing Vinyasa, and held poses that will help you to discover concentration, meditation, abiding contentedness and deep healing relaxation.

  • Yin Yoga

    A slow, soothing and meditative yoga class. Focusing on stretching and stimulating the deep tissues of the body, while relaxing your mind, releasing stress and tension.
