Soak up the shimmering mosaics of the rainfall and plunge showers to reenergise, or destress and detoxify in our signature sauna.
With a myriad of increased healing benefits we also have an infrared sauna where waves penetrate the skin deeper than a traditional sauna.
Changing Rooms
Our exclusive comforts include the beautifully appointed changing rooms, home to an abundance of refined personal touches, calming ambient music and comforting aromas.
While the gym itself features dark, industrial aesthetics, the changing rooms are bronzed and gleaming, stocked with complimentary luxury beauty products. You will be surrounded with everything you need to freshen up after your workout. Some of our members prefer to shower here than at home.
